PATNA: Addressing her maiden rally for Bihar assembly elections , Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi on Saturday accused NDA of vote theft to win elections and of amassing wealth for "a chosen few" by suppressing people's rights and urged voters to dethrone the current govt in state.

Priyanka was addressing a rally in Bachhwara constituency of Begusarai. "Do you know what vote theft is? It's a new way to suppress people. By stealing votes, they repeatedly win elections and hand over the country's wealth to their chosen industrialist friends by crushing the masses," she said.

Priyanka targeted the Nitish Kumar-led NDA govt on issues of unemployment and migration, dismissing the notion of a "doubleengine" govt. "Don't have this misconception. ...everything is controlled from Delhi," she said.
